Goods must be in original packaging with all accessories and deemed sellable by the supplier.

All suppliers warranties and terms of warranty will be applicable.

Bestman Tools (Pty) Ltd t/a Best Tools Returns/Refund Policy

Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by the Best Tools or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, then Best Tools will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the product/s within five days of receipt. In such an instance, Best Tools will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products. If replacement is not possible, then Best Tools will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products together with the proof of purchase.
